EPOS consortium asked more than 500 organic labour market representatives (producers, processors, educators, retailers, wholesellers, public sector representatives etc.) in 7 countries for their opinion about current system of higher education as well as their expectations towards the university graduates. EPOS summer course – it was great!
EPOS Summer course took place in Warsaw and Brodnicki Landscape Park on 25th July-8th August 2015. 45 students from 7 countries and an international group of 15 lecturers spent two weeks learning a lot about organic sector, exchanging experience, visiting organic farms and organic processors and having a lot of fun.
