Work programme

The project was divided into 4 phases:

(1) Analysis of needs of the labour market in organic sector;

(2) Preparation of innovative educational materials and methods;

(3) Testing and improving the developed materials and methods (e-learning programme, intensive study programme in Warsaw, students internships/projects with stakeholders representing organic sector)

(4) Implementation of the methods & dissemination.

Keeping constant track of the project progress and therefore achievement of the project objectives was supported by the regular Transnational Project Meetings (4 meetings during the course of the project – Witzenhausen, Warsaw, Madrid and Viterbo) and numerous Skype meetings.
